The recipe uses whole wheat flour and applesauce which makes them a healthier choice than some of the other desserts that are around this time of year!!
Chcolate Chip Oatmeal Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients:
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. applesauce
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. pumpkin
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. dark chocolate chips
Directions
Combine flour, oatmeal, and baking soda. In a separate bowl cream applesauce, egg, vanilla, brown sugar, and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for about8-10 minutes. Enjoy!!
