NEW Routine and a FUN warm up tonight!!

I have a new routine all ready for you tonight at Emporia Fitness, going to be a good one! AND to start it off we’ll be warming up with the Hula Hoops!! Using the hoops will help us warm up and at the same time work our core and our arms.  Its fun and a good calorie burner! Can’t wait to share it with you tonight!!!

  1. Hi Carrie – I just found out that I have to attend a meeting tonight, so I won’t be able to come try out the new stuff!! :( See you on Wednesday!
