Lots of fun stuff coming up!!

There’s some fun, exciting stuff going on with PiYo the next couple of months, check it out!!

September 24th 11 a.m. – 2 p.m Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play~ . On Saturday, Sept.24, Nickelodeon will go completely “dark” for three hours, turning off programming to encourage kids to get up, get out and go play!  Kristin Gilmore is hosting WWDOP event here in Emporia, KS. This nonprofit event will be at Jones Park September 24 from 11:00am –2:00pm. There is no cost or pre-registration, so people can come and go as they please. There will be recreation games for all ages such as washers, Koob, horseshoes, ladder golf and much more. Amy Hayden will be teaching an hour of Zumba starting at 12:00. And I will be teaching PiYo at 1 p.m.,  bring your mats and come out for some fun in the park.  This is a great chance to turn OFF the t.v., grab your KIDS and get OUTSIDE!!! 

September 28th 10 a.m.~Free Kid’s Yoga class!  I’ll be doing another free kid’s yoga class at The Rainy Rose, 7 East 4th Avenue.  I had SO much fun with this last time.  So bring your kiddo down to wiggle, move, and stretch with me while you check out all the great stuff in the store!

And lastly..November 3rd-December 15th~I’ll be doing a seven week session of classes at Flint Hill’s Technical College.  Thursdays from 5:30-6:30.  I’m super excited to have another chance to share PiYo Yoga with you all! You can register for the class online at Flint Hills Technical College
