Starting January 5th join me for a 7 week session of PiYo Yoga at Flint Hills Tech College!! Class will be Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. We will start by learning basic poses from both yoga and Pilates. Then we will put the two forms together, along with more challenging poses, creating a workout that will burn calories and improve strength, balance, and flexibility. This is a great way to start the New Year STRONG!!
