Hoops and PiYo!!

Hoops and PiYo Strength Wednesdays 6:35-7:30

Starting this week on Wednesdays we’re going to be combining Hoop Fitness and PiYo Strength!  We’ll start with hoops and finish with PiYo.  This is just temporary until the end of the year to give you something a little different and fun to do to stay active through the holidays! Hooping improves overall balance, improves cardio and endurance, alleviates stress, and burn calories! Hooping is a total-body workout that has the potential to improve your flexibility and balance while strengthening and toning the muscles of the back, abdomen, arms and legs.  Combined with PiYo you’re going to get a great full body workout!

Never hooped before? Don’t worry!! I promise if I can learn to do it so can you!! Come give it a try! Kristen Clay will be teaching hoops and she does an amazing job!
