Its a new year and I’ve got a new routine all ready for you to start the year off right!! This a great routine that will have us working our whole bodies, building strength, improving balance and flexibility. PLUS this one has a lot of moves to strengthen our core, you’re going to love it!!
If you’ve never been to PiYo Strength or haven’t been in awhile this is the PERFECT time to come!! We’ll be taking it slow and I’ll be breaking down and demonstrating the moves.
