New Routine Tomorrow!!

NEW PiYo Strength routine starting tomorrow!! Going to be starting PiYo Strength 28.ย  Bowler’s lunges, connector squats, sumo squats, and a FEW push-ups ๐Ÿ˜› We’re going to be working hard but as always there will be plenty modifications so you can make the workout perfect for you!!
