TONIGHT starting our new routine, PiYo Live 35!! We’re going to be working it ALL. Balance, legs, upper body, core, ALL of it! And I think my favorite new move in this routine is Rolling Pistol, so fun! If you’ve never done PiYo or haven’t been in awhile now is a GREAT time to start.
