About Me

I began teaching group fitness classes in 2003.  I’ve taught a variety of classes including Step, Body Sculpting and a senior’s fitness class.  In 2007 I became certified in PiYo Strength, which is a fusion of Yoga, Pilates, and Strength conditioning.  I’ve been teaching PiYo Live at Emporia Fitness since 2008.  I love what I do, helping people work out, get fit and healthy!

I’m also a mom to 4 kids.  Three very active boys and one beautiful little girl! 🙂 They keep me busy but happy!  I love spending my free time with them and my husband!
