**NEW** Trainer Trial Sessions

Have you thought about getting a personal trainer but not sure if its for you?  Would you like to be able to try it out before you committed to a package of sessions?  I’m offering 10 “Trainer Trial Sessions”  for $20.  We’ll do a fitness assessment, discuss your goals and how to reach them, and do a 30 minute training session.  This is the perfect chance to see what having a personal trainer is like and how I can help you reach your goals!!  But I’m only doing 10 of these special sessions so contact me before they are gone!  Email me at cpoersch3@gmail.com or message me on Facebook!

**Must be a Emporia Fitness member OR pay the $5.50 day pass fee on the day of our session**

This week’s PiYo schedule

MONDAY-PiYo Strength at Emporia Fitness will be at 7 p.m.

TUESDAY-*FHTC Make-up Class*  6:30-7:30 p.m.

WEDNESDAY–  6:35-7:30 at Emporia Fitness just like always 🙂

THURSDAY-Our LAST FHTC class of this session!! 5:30-6:30 p.m.

NEXT FHTC session starts October 25th.  Its a 4 week session for $19.  Get signed up now!! This will be our last session until January!!

Coming up!

First off NO PiYo Strength tonight May 14th, my son has an orchestra concert, can’t miss that!! BUT you can join me Tuesday night at 5:30 p.m., I’ll be subbing for Linda’s Pilates class.

Also don’t forget the summer sessions of PiYo are set with FHTC Community Connections.  First one starts JUNE 7th.  Thursdays 5:30-6:30 get signed up NOW!! Go to Flint Hills Tech College to get signed up or call 620-342-1392.
